Coaching gives you the opportunity to focus your own undivided attention on whatever it is that you want to change or improve. The Coach works with you, supports you non-judgementally, challenges you, and perhaps most importantly, holds you to account.
Typically, it’s helpful to make a commitment to a series of coaching sessions over a few months. We recommend an Orientation Session followed by seven coaching sessions. For additional logistical information, please read (How does coaching work?)
